size fit perfectly allows for adjustment and works great to keep your dog behaving himself...also i have a male i did not actually have to remove the sleeve for him to be able to go potty the belly band sits back far enough that it wasnt an issue
This product is amazing. My other dog needed the leg sleeve and so I had previous experience with this company. Their product quality is what brought me back yet again when my smaller dog needed emergency surgery. She weighed in at 33 pounds and I purchased a medium. Easy directions to follow to cut the small portion in the back to allow bathroom without taking the product off. It was shipped in a timely manner - received on the second day after purchased. Again, quality of the product is superb- zips in the back so it stays on - off brands have only Velcro and collect dirt and hair. The material itself is nice and why I came back to order this product. 33 pound Brittany- medium was perfect. Thanks again- worth every penny. Quality matters. I plan to buy a few more for my sister’s dog who will be spayed soon. I even looked this company up to try to buy stock in it. I was sad as it is a private company so couldn’t get stocks in it.

We definitely love these products. We had to sew socks on the front legs because his incision was to close for the short sleeves, they have not made long front legs yet but I love the rest!!! Definitely recommend this body suit and the rear leg body suit we have had to use both.
My baby boy was really struggling post FHO surgery with his cone so this was a great alternative so that he could get some rest, especially during the night!
We have been using the lick sleeve after my dog had TPLO surgery and it has been awesome. He is so much more comfortable wearing the lick sleeve than the cone. It makes it easier for him to sleep and eat and walk around without bumping into everything. It has been keeping his incision clean and he is not able to lick it. I highly recommend.

I was hoping this would work for my German Shepherd for his neuter surgery recovery. The fit is wonderful and the material feels very soft. It's surprisingly easy to put on once you get the hang of it. It's been 3 days now and Alex is doing great. No more cone of shame! I've washed it and dried it on extra low heat, it did not shrink. The zipper is really nice and I love the way the material is designed to lay UNDER the zipper so you don't catch dog hair in it when zipping it up. Fantastic design and Alex isn't the least bit bothered by wearing it.
It kept my golden from licking a tumor growing on his front leg. A huge help.

Our Vet hospital loves this, and once the order is placed we get it promptly. However, the last two orders there were severe delays in getting it processed and even contacting anyone to get it processed. But that was due to circumstances partially out of control to the staff. I hope they resolve these issues, but I still plan on continuing to order them.
It has really worked well. Suggestion is if there was a non stick insert for legs to help protect a wound so the fabric does not stick when a dog gets hot and cools down
The lick sleeve is great! I love that it can be worn even while taking out female dog outside so we don’t have to worry about her licking. The material and clip design make it super easy to put on and off quickly and my dog seems very comfortable in it!

We really like the lick sleeve. We trim the bottom to get the best fit for our labrador.Sometimes it does slip off his butt area but overall it works great.

This is such a life saver!! Keeps that awful cone off of our sweet little lady while she heals from TPLO surgery. It fits well and is so easy to get on and off. I highly recommend getting one. Worth every penny.
My dog had TPLO surgery, he wore this sleeve 24/7 for a week before stitches were removed. I was fortunate that my dog didn’t really bother his stitches by licking to much. I did have to wash the sleeve by hand washing and do not put sleeve in drier as it will shrink the sleeve. Therefore since the sleeve needs to be air dried and it takes hours to dry I suggest having 2 sleeves on hand, so that while one is drying you can use the 2nd sleeve. This made things a lot easier.
The dog tolerated it so much better than a cone.
We had to take it in because the small was way too big for my 19 pound chiweenie, but now it works perfectly! It seems comfortable and she has not even tried to get it off. Also we ordered right leg, but it was set up for left leg. But once we turned it around and reversed the clasp it works great!
We had tried another leg sleeve for our Red Tic Coon ound and it failed after 3 weeks. He destroyed it. He did very good, actually excellent with the Lick Sleeve.
The sleeve allows my dog to be more comfortable during his surgery recovery. I ditched the cone and used the sleeve and a donut instead. The sleeve allows for air flow and yet keeps his incision protected.
Our cavachon had TPLO surgery and this sleeve worked great. She’s 17# for reference. The sleeve was a bit stretchy and breathable. Our vet actually recommended it and we had ready bought one. Highly recommend!
Our dog had lateral knee surgery and the lick sleeve allowed us not stress our dog with a cone. She had to wear it 2 weeks with no issues.
Overall, the Licksleeve has been successful, and way more comfy for my dog than the traditional cone. It’s easy to use and washable. However, it won’t stay on my Cocker Spaniel. Ella had her acl(ccl) repaired, and I opted to purchase this instead of the cone. No matter how tight it is, the straps slide off her back and she steps out of the sleeve. Maybe her back end is slanted down more than most dogs which allows for the slow slide. Luckily, I can go home for lunch so I’m able to put it back on within a reasonable amount of time. I don’t think this is a flaw in the item, but that the sleeve isn’t a perfect fit for all dogs. Ella is a calm dog so that helps keep it in longer. Even though the licksleeve is expensive at $108 with shipping (there is no standard shipping so you have no choice but to pay extra for 2 day), it is still better for an animal’s comfort than the cone or noodles others use.

I love the Lick Sleeve surgical suit and leg sleeve for Wynchester’s recovery! The suit fits him comfortably and gives me peace of mind, while the leg sleeve adds protection for his healing leg. He looks so much more relaxed in them. 🐾❤️

Amazing product and amazing company. I bought a size too small and my pup was going in for surgery the next day. I called Lick Sleeve and they fast shipped a larger size to me, told me to re try both after our pup came out of surgery before we decide which one to return. Amazing customer service. The product has been a lifesaver to keep us off a cone for 2 weeks. Seems incredibly comfortable- stays put overnight.

This is our second lick sleeve, and we love it. It has helped so much with keep Axel from licking his hind leg. The only reason we needed a second one was so that I could have a fresh one while cleaning the other. A year of use and still as good as new.
Our dog had CCL surgery. She would have definitely licked at her sutures. We bought two Lick Sleeves as she lacked bladder control following the surgery. Yes, they are expensive. However, they work well and I didn't find anything else on the market that I thought would really work.
It was wonderful for Doolin not to have to wear a cone for his TPLO surgery recovery.
Our blue heeler, Bosco, had to have TPLO surgery & this was a life saver. We started with just the right leg sleeve, but he wiggled out of it.We had to add a donut on his neck till his new lick sleeve jumpsuit arrived. Should’ve went with a L instead of XL. Measure twice! We cut the front legs too quickly, so I couldn’t return it. We just rolled up his sleeves! Washes up great. Worth every penny 🐾
